EXHIBIT F <br />SCOPE OF WORK & SCHEDULE OF PERFORMANCE <br />I. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />The project includes new construction of a 17-units of permanent supportive house for <br />Chronically Homeless adult individuals , <br />The residential community includes 2 story building with a courtyard feature. Includes <br />attached tandem parking carport. The ground floor level will contain community space <br />for services and activities, offices for services and the onsite management unit. Laundry <br />facilities are located on both 1 st and 2nd floor for tenant use only. Access to the <br />courtyard and carport is through the ground floor. The structure has been designed in a <br />Spanish style architecture to match the character of the existing neighborhood. <br />The site improvements component of the project also includes new landscape and <br />hardscape. The proposed landscape palette includes drought-tolerant plants, and <br />hardscape complement the Spanish architectural style of the buildin g. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT 4
