jll>':n Y <br />-� Generation of Solar Power at Garthe and West Pump Station Facilities Project <br />i <br />a l:� Bureau of Reclamation Water Energy and Efficiency Grant FY2022 <br />The Project will be constructed on the roof of two City water storage tanks and will not impact <br />features of the overall irrigation system such as head gates, canals, or flumes. <br />Are any buildings, structures, or features in the irrigation district listed or eligible for listing on <br />the National Register of Historic Places? A cultural resources specialist at your local Reclamation <br />office or the State Historic Preservation Office can assist in answering this question. <br />No; the proposed project area has no buildings, structures, or features in the irrigation district listed or <br />eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. <br />Are there any known archeological sites in the proposed project area? <br />No; the proposed project area includes no known archeological sites. <br />Will the proposed project have a disproportionately high and adverse effect on low income or <br />minority populations? <br />No; the proposed project will NOT have a disproportionately high and adverse effect on low <br />income or minority populations. In fact, the proposed project will have a POSITIVE effect on the <br />local population, including low income and minority populations. Historically, Santa Ana has <br />had one of the lowest per capita incomes in all of Orange County.
