I am here asking you to delay the <br />General Plan since it still lacks many policies that many of our residents in our community deem extremely <br />important. Policies which we believe should be included in the General Plan include those of Environmental <br />Justice. As it stands, those policies are not enough to protect the health of our community memebers that <br />deserve to have clean air. The lives and overall wellbeing of the residents of Santa Ana will be put at risk <br />if no Environmental Justice policies are implemented into the General Plan. I urge you to please delay the <br />General Plan and take time to implement policies in favor of Environmental Justice. The community deserves to <br />be heard and taken into account in such an important decision that will affect the future of the next generation <br />and beyond. <br />Thank you. <br />
