The Council reserves the right to change their representative <br />and/or contact information at any time with notice to the Grantee. <br />6)Effective Date, Term of Agreement, and Deadlines <br />a)This Agreement is effective upon approval by the Agency (indicated by the <br />signature provided by Agency in the lower left section of page one, Standard <br />Agreement, STD. 213), when signed by all parties. <br />b)Contractual Obligation: <br />i)Grantees that are counties must contractually obligate 100 percent of their <br />full program allocations on or before May 31, 2023. <br />ii)Grantees that are cities or continuums of care must contractually obligate no <br />less than 50 percent of program allocations on or before May 31, 2023. <br />iii)Counties that contractually obligate less than 100 percent of program <br />allocations after May 31, 2023 will have their unallocated funds reverted to <br />the CoC that serves the county. Specific to Los Angeles County, funds that <br />are not contractually obligated by this date shall be divided proportionately <br />using the HHAP funding allocation formula among the four CoC's that serve <br />Los Angeles County: City of Glendale Coe, City of Pasadena CoC, the City <br />of Long Beach CoC, and the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority <br />� <br />Initial Here <br />EXHIBIT 1
