Layne <br />A GRAIIITE COMPANY <br />Key Personnel <br />TODD HOWARD, GENERAL MANAGER <br />Mr. Howard has been in the water well industry since 1983, specializing in water well rehabilitation, pump engineering <br />and application. Mr. Howard manages the Western Regions Operations for pump repair, well rehabilitation, electrical <br />and construction services. He is also the current Chair of Layne's National Rehabilitation Committee. Mr. Howard <br />developed and implemented the Roto Scrub well rehabilitation technology as well as Layne's proprietary NSF certified <br />well chemistry in use today throughout the Western United States <br />MARK HOWARD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER <br />Mr. Howard has been in the water well industry since 1978, specializing in water well rehabilitation, pump engineering, <br />and application. Mr. Howard manages the Western Region in Business Development and oversees the Account <br />Management team. <br />RICKY TRUJILLO, ACCOUNT MANAGER <br />Mr. Trujillo has 21 years of experience in all aspects of water supply services. He specializes in municipal and industrial <br />water supply design, construction services, well rehabilitation, pump repair and troubleshooting, as well as investigative <br />and remedial services. Mr. Trujillo manages projects through completion, to ensure timely and successful delivery of <br />every project, with monthly/quarterly reports as may be required for each project. <br />GARY GRACE, PROJECT MANAGER <br />Mr. Grace has in-depth knowledge and experience in the following operations: Deep Well Pumps and Booster, Water Well <br />Rehabilitation, Well Destruction, and Pump Installation. Mr. Grace currently estimates costs of projects, quotes and bids <br />jobs as well as manages ongoing projects. Communicates job expectations and manages sub -contractors performance, <br />stays within budget by monitoring expenditures, identifying variances and calculating required resources. Ensured all local <br />regulations were met and codes enforced, avoiding fines and delays. He uses his field experience and applies it to his <br />daily tasks as a project manager. Mr. Grace is able foresee some potential issues from on the job experiences and adjust <br />his quotes and estimates to assure the field crew has the budget and the equipment to get the job done safely and <br />efficiently. He was a pump rig operator for 10 years on Smeal, Taylor, Simco and Old General "A" frame rigs. <br />RIGOBERTO PEREIDA, R & I SUPERVISOR <br />Mr. Pereida has in-depth knowledge and experience in the following operations: Deep Well Pumps and Booster, Water <br />Well Rehabilitation, Well Destruction, and Pump Installation. He has successfully completed rehabilitations and aqua <br />freed process system. Mr. Pereida has supervised major projects by selecting, assigning, and scheduling employees. <br />Communicated job expectations and managed sub -contractors performance, stayed within budget by monitoring <br />expenditures, identifying variances and calculating required resources. Ensured all local regulations were met and codes <br />enforced, avoiding fines and delays. He is a certified crane operator on swing cab and fixed cab cranes large and small. <br />He holds a Class A with endorsements for hazmat, tanker, doubles and triples.
