<br />secured tax delinquencies in that agency in any year exceeds 3% of the total of all taxes levied on the secured
<br />roll by that agency.
<br />The Board of Supervisors of the County has adopted the Teeter Plan, and the City has elected to be
<br />included within the County’s Teeter Plan. To the extent that the County’s Teeter Plan continues in existence
<br />and is carried out as adopted with respect to the City, the City will receive 100% of its share of secured property
<br />tax levies but will not receive any revenues in connection with penalties and interest resulting from
<br />delinquencies.
