EXHIBIT "Bjr <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Parcel 103739.2; HIGHWAY EASEMENT <br />That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 20, <br />Township 5 South, Range 9West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as described in a Deed recorded <br />April 8, 1964 in Book 6995, Page 445 of Official Records in the office of the <br />County Recorder of said County. Iying southeasterly of the following described <br />line: <br />BEGINNING at a point on that certain course described as having a bearing of <br />North 49°20'48" Vilest and a length of 51-13 in the southwesterly line of the land <br />described in said Deed, distant thereon South 4W2V0 " East 43,09 feet from the <br />northwesterly termhus of said certain course; thence leaving said southwesterly <br />fine, North 40°38'58" East 42.27 feet, thence North 39°46'05" East 2.75 feet to <br />the northeasterly line of the land described in said Deed. <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying southeasterly of the following <br />described line; BEGINNING at a point on that certain course described as having <br />a bearing of North 49°2048" West and a length of 51,13 in the southwesterly line <br />of the land described in said Deed, distant thereon South 49° 1'42" East 44.59 <br />feet from the northwesterly terminus of said certain course; thence leaving said <br />soutFrwvesterly line, North 40°38'58" East 42.28 feet; thence North 39046'05" East <br />2,74 feet to the northeasterly line of the land described in said Deed. <br />The bearings showwn herein are based on the California Coordinate System of <br />1983, Zone V1, North American Datum of 1983 (1991,35 epoch)_ The distances <br />shown herein are grid distances_ Ground distances may he obtained by dividing <br />grid distances by the combination factor of 0,99997834. <br />This real property description has been prepared by me, or under my direction, in <br />conformance with the Professional Land Surveyors' Act_ <br />r <br />LAND <br />Signature,a 7 <br />1linoent T.
