Mr. <br />Khoudessian serves as Supervisor of Laboratory and/or Field Technicians under our on -call <br />contract with the County of Los Angeles for federally and non -federally funded projects. <br />Kleinfelder provides materials observation and testing services for various street improvement <br />projects. The federally funded projects consist of AC pavement grind and overlay, <br />reconstruction of concrete curbs and gutters, sidewalks, median islands, curb ramps, driveway <br />approaches, alley intersections, and other appurtenant work. <br />Caltrans District 8, (Contract 08A2768), On -Call Construction Materials Sampling and <br />Testing Services, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, CA. Consultant Supervisor of <br />Laboratory and/or Field Technicians/Lead Materials Engineering Tester. Mr. Khoudessian is <br />providing on -call construction field materials testing services to improve the State <br />transportation system throughout Caltrans District 8 (covering Riverside and San Bernardino <br />Counties). Our services are being performed at numerous project sites and material supplier <br />batch plants. Our scope of services include the following: construction materials observation; <br />materials testing per CTMs and Caltrans Construction Manual; concrete and hot mix asphalt <br />batch plant inspection; field sampling of fresh concrete, HMA, soil, and aggregate; field nuclear <br />gauge compaction testing; special materials analysis and evaluation; providing materials <br />documentation and information; and preparation of reports to Caltrans standards and <br />requirements. <br />Caltrans District 7 (Contract 07A4077), On -Call Construction Materials and Testing <br />Services, Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, CA. Mr. Khoudessian serves as Consultant <br />Supervisor of Laboratory and/or Field Technicians/Lead Materials Engineering Tester for this <br />contract which includes as -needed construction field materials testing services to improve the State <br />transportation system throughout Caltrans District 7 at numerous project sites. Services include the <br />following: construction materials observation; materials testing per CTMs and Caltrans Construction <br />Manual; field sampling of fresh concrete, HMA, soil, and aggregate; field nuclear gauge compaction <br />testing; special materials analysis and evaluation; materials documentation and information; and <br />preparation of reports to Caltrans Standards and requirements. <br />Caltrans SRL, Contract 082958, and Prior 08A2541/08A2218, On -Call Sampling and <br />Testing of HMA and Asphalt Binder, Districts 7, 8, and 12, CA. Mr. Khoudessian acted as <br />HMA Laboratory Lead Tester conducting tests per Caltrans and AASHTO test methods.
