Kleinfelder has been providing on -call <br />& Single Point of Contact <br />materials testing and inspection services for public works <br />(Legal Authority to Bind Kleinfelder) <br />construction projects since the firm's inception in 1961.Our team <br />will be led by Project Manager/Principal Agent, Dany Hanna, <br />Dany Hanna, PE, MS, MBA <br />PE, MS, MBA, who has over 19 years of experience managing on- <br />Kleinfelder, Inc. <br />call contracts in southern California, maintains strong client <br />cl 909.376.6128 <br />relationships, understands the contract requirements, and requires <br />el dhanna@kleinfelder.com <br />no ramp -up time to meet the City's budget and schedule. The <br />Kleinfelder Team offers the following to the City: <br />• Nearly 60 years of experience successfully providing a wide range of special inspection, materials <br />testing, and related services for local agencies and municipalities. <br />• On -call materials testing and inspection contracts with numerous state and local agencies, <br />including Orange County Department of Public Works, County of Los Angeles, Caltrans, and Cities of <br />Anaheim, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Burbank, Ontario, Industry, and Pasadena. <br />• All key personnel will be made fully available for assigned City Task Orders as needed. Our in- <br />house multi -certified inspectors/technicians observe multiple aspects of a project from start to <br />finish and are available to meet short -notice construction schedules/deadlines. <br />• Our three full -service, accredited materials testing laboratories (Long Beach, Ontario, and San <br />Diego) are under the supervision of a registered engineer and meet all American Society for Testing <br />and Materials (ASTM) E329 requirements for testing and are inspected and certified or accredited <br />regularly by numerous local, state and federal agencies such as Caltrans Reference Sample Program <br />(RSP), American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Materials <br />Reference Laboratory (AMRL), Concrete and Cement Reference Laboratory (CCRL), State of California <br />Department of General Services (DGS), and the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). <br />• Quick turn -around time. Our depth of local resources allows us to respond quickly (within 4 hours or <br />less) to any request for service. <br />Kleinfelder acknowledges receipt of Q&A (Addenda) Sets 1 and 2, released September 10, 2020.
