VIII. AGREEMENT STATEMENT <br />ASCE concurs with the provisions as contained in the Standard Agreement provided in Attachment 4 <br />of the RFP Appendix. <br />IX. FEE PROPOSAL <br />The fee proposal is electronically submitted concurrently with this technical proposal but as a separate <br />PDF document to the PlanetBids system, in compliance with RFP requirements. The fee proposal <br />includes ASCE's Standard Hourly Fee Schedule with positions and fees, and the completed Project <br />Fee Schedule as provided by Attachment 2 of the RFP Appendix.
