The City proceeds with planned water efficiency best practices <br />Up to 10% <br />City notifies its water users, a consumer demand reduction of up to 10% is necessary to make more efficient use of water and respond to <br />existing water conditions. <br />11% to 20% <br />City notifies its water users, a consumer demand reduction of up to 20% is necessary to make more efficient use of water and respond to <br />existing water conditions. City shall implement the mandatory Level 2 conservation measures identified in the WSCP. <br />21% to 30% <br />City declares a water shortage emergency condition pursuant to California Water Code section 350 and notifies its residents and businesses <br />that up to 30% consumer demand reduction is required to ensure sufficient supplies for human consumption, sanitation and fire protection. <br />31% to 40% <br />City declares a water shortage emergency condition pursuant to California Water Code section 350 and notifies its residents and businesses <br />that up to 40% consumer demand reduction is required to ensure sufficient supplies for human consumption, sanitation and fire protection. <br />City declares a water shortage emergency condition pursuant to California Water Code section 350 and notifies its residents and businesses <br />41% to 50% that up to 50% or more consumer demand reduction is required to ensure sufficient supplies for human consumption, sanitation and fire <br />protection. <br />City declares a water shortage emergency condition pursuant to California Water Code section 350 and notifies its residents and businesses <br />50% that greater than 50% or more consumer demand reduction is required to ensure sufficient supplies for human consumption, sanitation and <br />fire protection.
