CITY OF SANTA ANA FY 21/22CIP <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WORKSHEET <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />Design and construct 6 splash pads at various city parks to provide <br />a water play experience for anyone with or without the ability to <br />swim. Splash Pads are planned for the following locations: Santa <br />Ana Zoo, Memorial Park, Cesar Chavez/Campesino Park, Thornton <br />Park, El Salvador Park and Madison Park. <br />PROJECT NEED: <br />In order to provide an additional amenity to Santa Ana residents, the <br />City is pursuing the design and construction of 6 splash pads at various <br />city parks. The splash pads will provide an opportunity for aquatic <br />recreational activity.
