Goals Supported Public Service Programs <br />Needs Addressed Access to and supply of public services <br />Funding $825,173 <br />Description The City will fund a series of nonprofits that target critical services <br />and benefits for low- and moderate-income residents and special <br />need residents (elderly, youth, homeless, victims of domestic <br />violence, disabled, and other vulnerable populations) in the <br />community. <br />Target Date 6/30/2022 <br />Estimate the number <br />and type of families <br />that will benefit from <br />the proposed activities <br />2,000 low- and moderate-income residents will benefit from these <br />activities <br />Location Description Citywide through multiple nonprofit and community-oriented <br />organizations. <br />Planned Activities The City will provide funding for staff and organizations to provide <br />and deliver a range of services and functions to low- and moderate- <br />income and special need residents throughout the City. Anticipated <br />organizations funded include: Radiant Health Centers, America on <br />Track, Boys and Girls Club of Santa Ana, Community Action <br />Partnerships of OC, Community Health Initiative Orange County, <br />Community SeniorServ, Delhi Center, Girl’s Inc. of Orange County, <br />Human Options, Lutheran Social Services of So.
