2 1 FIRM AND PERSONNEL EXPERIENCE <br />TRAINING <br />Envise knows that providing the best service means having the best information to make the best decisions. To that <br />end, Envise seeks to hire employees with extensive training. All of our HVAC technicians have earned the State of <br />California Joint Journeyman Apprentice Training Center Certification. In addition, Envise's field technicians receive <br />factory training through various manufacturers including, but not limited to: <br />• Trane <br />• Carrier <br />• York <br />• Liebert <br />• DataAire <br />• Marley Twin Cooling Towers <br />• Johnson Controls <br />• Delta Controls <br />• Distech Controls <br />Ourjourney-level technicians bring their expertise in chilled water systems, centrifugal chiller systems, air handling <br />systems, Allen Bradley, ABB Drives, and walk-in refrigerators and freezers. Our focus on education does not end with Envise staff. We extend regular <br />training to our clients based on new trends in the industry, updates to our product lines, and improvements made <br />to your building's systems. Envise will schedule these trainings either at our home facility in Garden Grove, CA, or on <br />site with you. We tailor each training specific to our clients' needs and requests in order to maximize the benefits and <br />make the best use of their time. <br />Sub -Consultant Information <br />Envise uses sub -consultants as partners on projects to streamline our processes. We prefer to work with companies <br />with whom we have prior experience meeting the specified project criteria that have similar cultural mindsets. <br />When choosing our sub -consultants for this project with the City of Santa Ana, Envise selected from the current <br />sub -consultants working with the City. These sub -consultants bring their expertise and knowledge of the facility to <br />help with an easier transition when beginning the maintenance program with Envise. Sub -consultants are treated <br />of members of our team, no different than our own employees.
