CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />SPECIFICATIONS <br />PROJECT NO.: 15-2645 <br />SANTIAGO PARK GAS HOUSE AREA DEVELOPMENT <br />STATEMENT REGARDING COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT {CWA <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />This is to certify that the undersigned BIDDER, and subcontractors, have read and understood <br />the CWA entered into by and between the City of Santa Ana, the Los Angeles/Orange Counties <br />Building and Construction Trades Council, and the signatory Craft Councils and Local Unions, <br />effective as of September 1, 2417. The CWA is available at: <br />http://www.sania-ana.org/pwa/documents/CWA.p <br />The undersigned BIDDER hereby agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of the CWA, <br />and is capable of completing construction of the project continuously, and without interruptions <br />or delays.
