Directors Signature Request <br />SB-1 Project Baseline Agreement: <br />The Commission adopted the original SB-I Accountability and Transparency Guidelines on March 21, 2018, and a <br />revised version on May 16, 2018. The Guidelines require the development of project baseline agreements for <br />Commission adopted S13-1 programs, subject to certain cost thresholds and conditions. The baseline agreement is to <br />be signed by the Project Applicant, Implementing Agency, Caltrans District Director, Caltrans Director of <br />Transportation, and the Executive Director of the California Transportation Commission. It is anticipated that the <br />Commission will approve the baseline agreement at their meeting scheduled for: <br />Attached baseline agreement is for Project: <br />Click here to enter text. <br />Project is funded from the following S11-1 Program(s): <br />❑SHOPP ❑TCEP 0SCCP ❑LPP ❑ATP <br />I. Baseline Agreement Review & Aaproval: Signature confirms package from Project Applicant is complete <br />and consistent with Approved Project Application, adopted Commission Program(s), and Project Report and <br />Environmental Document, as applicable. Conflicts between Approved Project Application adopted Program <br />and Project Report/Environmental Document must be addressed in writing by the Project Applicant and <br />Approved by the Commission before circulating the Baseline Agreement for Director's Signature.
