Scope of Services <br />A. General <br />All work shall comply with pertinent Federal, State, City, and County <br />guidelines, policies, and procedures. The services to be provided by <br />the Consultant may include the following tasks: <br />B. Land Title Services <br />1. Title Reports <br />+ All research necessary to the preparation of Title Reports. <br />• Provide copies (readable) of all documents shown or <br />considered in the Title Reports and Guarantees, including tax <br />roils. <br />• Title Report in a form acceptable to City of Santa Ana <br />2.. Preparation of documents to include: <br />• Easement Deeds <br />• Deeds and Quitclaim Deeds <br />• Subordination Agreements <br />• Others <br />• All documents shall utilize the form provided by the City of Santa Ana <br />Cost: $100.00 per document <br />C. Preparation and issuance of Title Insurance policies. <br />D. Litigation Guarantees. <br />Cost: $1,665.00 -- Based on CA Dept. of Insurance Rate Schedule _ <br />E. Chains of Title Guarantee <br />Cost: $250.00 Plus $10 per document <br />F. Miscellaneous Title Information. <br />G. Provide copies of recorded documents. <br />Cost: $no charge - per document <br />
