SECTION 3 - SIERRA CYBERNETICS - FIRM EXPERIENCE <br />Sierra Cybernetics provides IT professional staffing services, software development, systems <br />engineering, and systems integration services for clients nationwide. We are headquartered in <br />Anaheim Hills with offices less than thirty minutes from Santa Ana. We offer you a company <br />with a full range of IT, software, systems, and project management services, developed over a 39 <br />year history supporting local, state, and federal government agencies. <br />3.i Sierra Cybernetics, Inc. — General description <br />Sierra Cybernetics provides IT professional staffing services, systems and software analysis and <br />systems integration, for clients with information management requirements. From our offices in <br />Orange County we have supported government clients on projects ranging from a few weeks and <br />a few thousand dollars to multi -year contracts exceeding ten million dollars in value. <br />Founded and incorporated in California in 1981 and continuously headquartered in Orange <br />County since inception, Sierra originally focused on federal government software engineering <br />efforts featuring GIS and image -based command -and -control applications overlaid on massive <br />database processing requirements. Since 1992, we have built upon that expertise to concentrate <br />on providing IT services, systems analysis, software development, and systems integration <br />services for local government and commercial clients, including local IT Professional Services <br />contracts with the City of Santa Ana for the past four years and the Orange County Superior <br />Court for the past 14 years. <br />Siena has provided software personnel to develop custom IT solutions for clients on contracts <br />totaling over $150M. Our staffing has ranged from 25 to 55 personnel over the past three <br />decades as a function of our direct support to Government agencies. Our early focus on software <br />development led us to expand our software services offerings in the early 2000s by initiating new <br />efforts to provide IT, engineering, and other temporary staffing services personnel.
