Mr. LaPlante has over 50 years experience in <br />software and information systems analysis. With Sierra since 1981, he is responsible for all <br />software and systems development business activities. He has consulted to federal, city, and <br />commercial clients on projects as diverse as providing data processing software and MIS facility <br />management for Marine Corps systems, MIS analyses to Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for a <br />Records Management System, and management of the San Francisco Building Inspection <br />Workflow Automation System. He holds a BS degree in Mathematics from Stanford University. <br />George Rodriguez, Sierra's Administrative Personnel Manager. George has managed Sierra's <br />staff on nearly all Sierra's IT projects for the past 25 years. He is a retired Army <br />communications officer, specializing in managing and testing large scale automation projects. <br />During his military career he directed automation and communications operations at sites as <br />varied as Hughes Aircraft in Fullerton to Germany and Vietnam. He possesses over 40 years <br />experience with Information Technology projects.
