CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />PROPOSAL <br />PROJECT NO.: 17-9001, 18-6911, 20-6958, 21-6451, 19-6940 <br />SOUTH MAIN STREET CORRIDOR RVIPROVEMENT <br />STATEMENT REGARDING COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT CWA <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />This is to certify that the undersigned BIDDER, and subcontractors, have read and understood the <br />CWA entered into by and between the City of Santa Ana, the Los Angeles/Orange Counties <br />Building and Construction Trades Council, and the signatory Craft Councils and Local Unions, <br />effective as of September 1, 2017. The CWA is available at: <br />b=://www.santa-ana.oryJvwa/documents/CWA.pff <br />The undersigned BIDDER hereby agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of the CWA, <br />and is capable of completing construction of the project continuously, and without interruptions or <br />delays.
