<br />OverDrive Terms and Conditions:
<br />The Term of this Agreement shall be for forty-one (41) months, commencing on February 1, 2021.
<br />OverDrive Digital Library Reserve is licensed pursuant to the OverDrive Digital Library Reserve Access Agreement,
<br />available at http://www.overdrive.com/dIr-aa.pdf, the terms of which are incorporated herein and may be
<br />modified from time to time. OverDrive agrees and understands that continuation of this Agreement is contingent
<br />upon the Library obtaining available funding for these services. Should funding not become available, the
