My clients won a judgment of $553,000,000. I <br />have also testified in many other cases of litigation under CEQA, NEPA, the Warren-Alquist <br />Act, and other environmental laws. My clients won most of the cases for which I testified. <br />Testified before Environmental Review Tribunals in Ontario, Canada regarding proposed White <br />Pines and Amherst Island Wind Energy projects. <br />Testified in Skamania County Hearing in 2009 on the potential impacts of zoning the County for <br />development of wind farms and hazardous waste facilities. <br />Testified in deposition in 2007 in the case of O'Dell et al. vs. FPL Energy in Houston, Texas. <br />
