Tustin Ave., Suite 243 in accordance with the provisions of the City's Sunshine Ordinance. Invitationslnotices were mailed to property owners and occupants/tenants in a 500-foot radius from the project site. Approximately 15 members of the public attended, as well as two City staff. The applicant provided all the required information to the City after the meeting. Newspaper posting was published in the Orange County Reporter in accordance with SAMC requirements. Additional Measures On October 22, 2020, the applicant provided an email update on the project to the members of the public that attended the Sunshine meeting.
