Flower St Santa Ana, Ca 92703. <br />Marilyn Odessa Performance Schedule: Saturday, September 16th from 7:45 pm – 8:45 pm Presentation <br />with Banda. <br />Total Cost for Presentation: $12,000.00 <br /> Signature: Date: <br />Upon signing this contract, the Client must make a deposit of 50% to secure the artist for the desired date and time. If at any <br />time the client wishes to cancel the scheduled presentation. The deposit of 50% is nonrefundable. No refunds. No exceptions. If <br />the artist wants to re-negotiate another event with the client, it will be up to the artist. Otherwise, you will lose your deposit. <br />The balance must be paid 1 week prior to the event or on the day of the event prior to the artist going on stage.
