CONvyCJT'CMedntmer Intersection or a marked crosswalk unless there is sufficient space on the other <br />side of the intersection or crosswalk to accommodate the vehicle he Is operating without obstructing <br />the passage of other vehicles or pedestrians in such intersection or crosswalk, notwithstanding any <br />official traffic -control device or signal indication to proceed. <br />(10) Drive any motor vehicle upon or over a median. <br />(11) Ride a bicycle, skateboard, motorized scooter, roller skates, or any other device or <br />conveyance with a riding surface of any design which is designed to be or can be <br />propelled by human power within the civic center. Any person convicted of violating this <br />subsection shall be punished by a fine which shall not exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00) <br />and for any subsequent convictions within one year shall be punished with a fine which <br />does not exceed seventy-five dollars ($75.00). <br />(Code 1952, § 3240; Ord. No. NS-560, § 1, 1-15-62) <br />Sec. 36-43. - Amplification devices. <br />No driver of a vehicle shall operate or permit operation of any radio system, loudspeaker, or other <br />noise device Intended to make sound audible outside the vehicle when the vehicle is being operated <br />upon any street and the purpose of such sound is to advertise for commercial purposes. <br />(Ord. No. NS-1710, § 1, 1-3-84) <br />Sec. 36-44, - Buses may stop in front of driveway. <br />A bus engaged as a common carrier may stop to load or unload passengers in front of a driveway. No. NS-560, § 1, 1-15-62) <br />Sec. 36-45. - Obstructions to vision —Prohibited at corners. <br />On property on any corner formed by intersecting streets, it shall be unlawful to install, set out, <br />maintain or allow the installation, setting out or maintenance of any sign, fence, hedge, shrubbery, <br />natural growth or other obstruction to the eye, higher than two and one-half (2Y2) feet above the top of <br />the sidewalk, or, where no sidewalks exist, higher than three (3) feet above the level of the center of the <br />
