Architectural and Building Systems
• Removal, repair, and installation of various plumbing systems which include sinks, toilets, wash
stations, and showers
• Office and building stair -ways, hand rails, and safety devices
• Demo, repair, and installation of various roofing systems
• Repairs of concrete, drywall, and brick walls
• Decorative memorial brick sidewalk
Work is divided into specific areas of tasks that are appropriate for each person's strengths as it relates
to their areas of expertise. Most essential to the goal of completing a job task is ensuring that every phase of
working with clients and customers is done with a team approach which ultimately benefits the customer by
avoiding costly delays, change orders and unforeseen circumstances. Through this method Jamison can
organize multiple crews with the qualified personnel for specific tasks and run concurrent jobs without any
problems.
In order to ensure that work is progressing as planned, the QA/QI principle of milestone evaluations
after each phase of major operation is completed, it is practiced by on -going meetings within the company to
ensure that all phases of a work task is being done in both labor as well as cost efficient manner. With an
approach to `what worked' and what `didn't work' as well as input from the bottom up — management can
evaluate and make changes or procure additional resources in order to ensure timely completion of concurrent
job tasks.
Jamison fully understands the great costs in time, labor and materials that wastewater facilities must
commit towards making any type of major or even minor capital improvements. Accordingly, Jamison is fully
aware of the critical need to be responsible, accountable and responsive to the needs of its customers.
7 1 P a g e
