7.0 SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br />The objective of the Site reconnaissance is to obtain information indicating the likelihood of identifying <br />recognized environmental conditions in connection with a subject property. The Site visit for our <br />assessment was completed on January 5, 2021 by James Wright of our firm. Mr. Wright was <br />unaccompanied during the reconnaissance. <br />7.1 Methodology and Limiting Conditions <br />The Site reconnaissance consisted of observing the exterior grounds of the Site on foot, select interiors <br />of the Site structures, and walking publicly accessible areas surrounding the Site. No significant <br />limiting conditions of the Site inspection were note. Select photographs of the Site obtained during the <br />Site reconnaissance are included in Appendix D. <br />7.2 Current General Site and Vicinity Characteristics <br />The Site and the surrounding vicinity are situated in the City of Santa Ana that consists primarily of <br />commercial, medical, and residential properties and public roadways. The Site is currently utilized for <br />commercial office purposes and is further identified as the Cabrillo Town Center. The current uses of <br />the Site and adjoining properties are not ones that are indicative of the use, treatment, storage disposal <br />or generation of hazardous substances or petroleum products that have adversely impacted the Site. <br />7.3 Indications of Past Site and Vicinity Uses <br />There are no material differences between the current and past uses of the Site, adjoining properties <br />and the surrounding area Site that were visually and/or physically observed during the Site <br />reconnaissance that pertain to recognized environmental conditions. <br />7.4 Site -Specific Observations <br />We examined visible and accessible areas of the Site for the features and conditions noted in the table <br />below. <br />Feature or Condition <br />Details <br />The Site is developed with four multi -story commercial office buildings, <br />General Description of Structures <br />adjoining asphalt paved parking lots, and limited landscaping.
