8.0 INTERVIEWS <br />8.1 Site Owner <br />David Colton, designated Site owner representative completed an environmental questionnaire <br />pertaining to the Site and is unaware of environmental concerns in connection with the Site. A copy of <br />the questionnaire is included in Appendix E. <br />8.2 Key Site Manager <br />The Site owner is also considered to be the Key Site Manager. Please refer to Section 8.1 above. <br />8.3 Current Occupants <br />Site occupants were not interviewed during the completion of our assessment. The lack of interviews <br />with the Site occupants is not considered to be a data gap of significance or one that would alter our <br />conclusions and recommendations regarding the Site. <br />8.4 Local Government Official <br />During the preparation of this assessment, public records clerks with the County of Orange and City <br />of Santa Ana were contacted by our firm regarding the Site. Representatives of these agencies indicated <br />that public records requests should be conducted in order to obtain information known by the agencies <br />regarding the Site. Public records requests were completed by our firm as described in Section 5.3. <br />8.5 Other Parties <br />Interviews with other persons were not conducted during the preparation of this assessment. As stated <br />in the ASTM E1527 practice, interviews with past owners, operators, and occupants of a subject <br />property who are likely to have material information regarding the potential for contamination at a <br />given property shall be conducted to the extent that they have been identified and that the information <br />likely to be obtained is not duplicative of information already obtained from other sources.
