11.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />We have performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment in conformance with the scope and <br />limitations of ASTM International Practice E1527 of the Site located at 515 and 525 Cabrillo Park <br />Drive and 1901 and 1971 East 4th Street, in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California. Any <br />exceptions to, or deletions from, this practice are described in Section 1.5 of this report. This <br />assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions, controlled recognized <br />environmental conditions or historical recognized environmental conditions in connection with the <br />Site.
