As shown, the Project would <br />be required to provide a minimum of 50,990 square feet of private/common open space and <br />39,066 square feet of publicly accessible open space. The Project's open space components are <br />shown in Tables 3, 4, and 5, and the Project's compliance with all open space requirements is <br />shown in Table 6. As shown, the Project would provide a total of 33,572 square feet of private <br />open space and 76,187 square feet of common open space (a total of 109,759 square feet), <br />exceeding the amount required by 58,769 square feet.
