<br />Anser Advisory is a national firm specializing in project,
<br />program and agency construction management and
<br />controls as well as capital program advisory and
<br />consulting services, including strategy, funding, process,
<br />and organization preparedness. Our services cover
<br />the capital development cycle from planning through
<br />construction and closeout. Our services begin with
<br />early phase strategic, organizational and program
<br />planning and continue through managing the tactical
<br />execution of each project or initiative. We operate
<br />nationally, with a diverse, talented staff of over 1,200
<br />professionals, however, we leverage our local offices
<br />to support Southern California clients, including
<br />offices located in Santa Ana, Los Angeles, San Diego,
<br />and Palm Desert, encompassing over 250 employees
<br />including construction managers, program and project
<br />managers, inspectors, schedulers, architects, engineers,
<br />estimators, management consultants, claim specialists,
<br />financial analysts, procurement specialists, system
<br />configuration specialists, and construction auditors.

<br />We were established over 27 years ago, previously
<br />known in the Southern California area as Simplus
<br />Management Company (Simplus). In June 2018, Simplus
<br />was co -joined with a series of other firms as Anser
<br />Advisory, LLC as part of a strategic growth and service
<br />offering enhancement. This acquisitive growth, coupled
<br />with our focus on our client's needs, provides our team
<br />with the diverse and robust expertise required to deliver it
