Such expenses include, but are not necessarily limited to: <br />• CAD plotting of check sets and presentation drawings <br />• Outside service scanning, printing, copying of drawings and documents of any size. <br />• In-house project related printing / copying (black/white and color), including draft and final <br />reports, specifications, and drawings. <br />• Postage, delivery, and messenger service (prior client approval) <br />• Renderings, physical and digital scale models and animations. <br />• Videos, web services, opinion surveys. <br />• Travel expenses, including mileage, tolls, lodging and meals. <br />• Presentation boards. <br />• Software purchase and licensure on behalf of the client. <br />Hourly Billing Rates will be updated no more than once a year from the date of executed agreement. <br />2023 Rates effective through 12/31/2023 <br />
