b. CONTRACT AGREEMENT STATEMENT Ardurra accepts the Consultant Agreement as provided in the City's RFP Appendix, Attachment 2. c. Some of our team members are already familiar with the City of Santa Ana Municipal Cade (SAMC), Since Ardurra works mostly for municipalities, we have extensive familiarity with local, state and federal procedures, both in helping to obtain funding and in delivering the pertinent documentation.
