<br />our team members instruct CMAA Certified Construction Manager
<br />(CCM) Contract Administration classes, provide construction
<br />management best practices training to agency public works staff,
<br />and serve as guest lecturers at local colleges,

<br />scheduling, construction means and methods, web -based
<br />documentation (Procure), WATCH requirements, Greenbook
<br />and Caltrans specifications, and OSHA Construction Safety
<br />Orders. Our inspectors are knowledgeable of California Building
<br />Standards Code/Title 24, local agency codes and ordinances,
<br />federal grant requirements, State of California LAPM, Greenbook,
<br />APWA standards, and, where appropriate, LEED, DSA, and
<br />OSHPD standards.

<br />with their estimated percentage of availability. Availability ranges
<br />are subject to change based on the timing of the project.

<br />Authorized Rep, Principal -in- Charge, Construction Manager
<br />Ardurra's California Public Works Practice Director, Dino D'Emilia
<br />has delivered public works infrastructure projects valued at more
<br />than $1 billion for public agency clients. He has played critical
<br />roles on infrastructure projects to build, renew and upgrade
<br />freeways, city streets, transit centers, pedestrian paths, light rail,
<br />water mains, sewers, storm drains, greenbelts, soccer fields, and
<br />recreation centers. He is also recognized by peers and clients for
<br />his expertise in compliance with federal contract requirements
<br />and the Caltrans LAPM.
<br />In keeping with his passion for building infrastructure, Dino
<br />actively participates in local chapters of the American Public
<br />Works Association, the American Society of Civil Engineers
<br />and Construction Management Association of America. He
<br />supports the growth and development of emerging engineers as
<br />a mentor to colleagues, provides construction management best
<br />practices training to agency public works staff, and serves as a
<br />guest lecturer on construction management at the University of
<br />Southern California, Loyola Marymount University and California
<br />State University, Long Beach.

<br />Contract Manager, Primary Contact, Construction Manager
<br />Omar Alameddine is Project/Construction Management Group
<br />Leader at Ardurra. He brings an extensive background in
<br />construction management and inspection on public works and
<br />Caltrans projects. Omar has delivered projects to renew city
<br />streets and freeways, applying his firm grasp of Caltrans and
<br />Greenbook standards. He has also managed and inspected
<br />construction of recreational facilities such as soccer fields, public
<br />parks and a dog park, public facilities, domestic water, sewer, and
<br />drainage improvements.
<br />As contract manager, Omar is prepared to respond to a variety of
<br />requests from the City to execute each task order to meet your
<br />diverse needs. Once a task order is received, Omar will review/
<br />develop the scope with the task leaders and provide the City with
<br />resumes of available staff with the best mix of experience and
<br />expertise for the task assigned.
<br />JOHN WOLITARSKY, CCM 1 40-50%
<br />Construction Manager
<br />John Wolitarsky has delivered critical public facility, recreation,
<br />aquatics, roadway, water and utility improvement projects for
<br />many Southern California cities and regional agencies in his
<br />37-year career, He has managed high -profile arterial roadway
<br />improvements, such as the City of Fountain Valley's $3.2-million,
<br />Edinger Avenue -Harbor Boulevard rehabilitation. John's equally
<br />extensive water project background includes the renewal and
<br />replacement of domestic water and sewer lines and reservoirs.
<br />For the City of South Pasadena, John directed the $20-million
<br />Garfield Reservoir replacement. His public facility improvement
<br />work also includes recreation complexes, fire stations, fountains
<br />and parks and aquatic centers, such as the $12-million City of
<br />Santa Monica Aquatic Center.
