<br />Dunn & Bradstreet in an industry dominated by fair
<br />and poor ratings. Cannon has not been debarred,
<br />suspended, or otherwise declared ineligible to
<br />contract by any federal, state, or local public agency,
<br />and has not had a contract terminated for breach with
<br />a client.
<br />Cannon has the financial resources and regular
<br />staffing to provide responsive, reliable services to
<br />the City of Santa Ana, and is able to maintain our
<br />proposed project team (including subconsultants) to
<br />facilitate the timely and continuous performance of
<br />work.
