Ocampo, Nuvia
From: Patty Gutierrez <ptorres2183@gmai1.com>
Sent: Monday, June 26, 2023 2:37 PM
To: eComments, PBA
Subject: 2230 North Tustin Avenue
Good Afternoon,
We recently heard that there is to be a gas station built in the area. I have a niece that attends Plumfield
Preschool. We are concerned that a gas station will bring more traffic to this already busy area. If they will be
selling Alcohol this may also attract Homeless to the area.
Why would we want this type of environment around any small children? Please reconsider this new build for
our kids.
Concerned Community Member
Thank you.
