St. Andrew Place 2nd Floor, Santa <br />Ana, CA 92705-4930: hereinafter referred to as "County", and Brodart Co., with a place of business at 500 <br />Arch Street, Williamsport, PA 17701; hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", with County and Contractor <br />sometimes referred to as "Party", or collectively as "Parties". <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Attachment A — General Scope of Work <br />Attachment A-1 — Scope of Work, RFP Technical Response Requirement <br />Attachment B — Compensation/Payment Instructions <br />Attachment C — Pricing Sheet <br />Attachment D — Contractor's Response to RFP-012-0030883-MS <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, Contractor responded to a Request for Proposal ("RFP") to provide Printed Library <br />Materials; and <br />WHEREAS, the Contractor responded and represents that its proposed goods/services shall meet <br />or exceed the requirements and specifications of the RFP for Printed Library Materials; and <br />WHEREAS, Contractor agrees to provide good/services as more specifically described in the <br />Scope of Work, attached hereto as Attachment A and A-l; and <br />WHEREAS, County agrees to pay Contractor the fees as further set forth in <br />Compensation/Payment and Pricing, attached hereto as Attachments B and C; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties mutually agree as follows: <br />ARTICLES <br />I.
