Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />VENDOR INFORMATION: <br />Stephen Sloan <br />123 N Wightman St <br />Ashland, OR 97520 <br />(626) 290-7665 <br />ssloan(a,sloanvaluepartners. com <br />EVENT: Santa Ana Public Library Department Mobile App Development Workshops <br />LOCATION: Main Library, 26 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA, 92701 <br />TERM: October 16, 2023 and March 15, 2024 <br />COMPENSATION: Not to exceed $1,000 <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />As further described in Exhibit B, Stephen Sloan, an individual, will deliver leadership development via <br />online and virtual training, workshops, and mentoring to SAPL-YK participants to support their <br />development as leaders and their social innovation project work. This program is part of the CA4ALL <br />grant funded youth workforce program. <br />Deliverables include <br />• Student online course log credentials and getting started documentation <br />• 12 x Humane Leadership paperback books <br />• 3 x workshop agendas and facilitation <br />• 1 x 90-minute project review workshop <br />• 4 x 30 minute mentoring meetings. <br />The vendor will setup the activity for the workshops offsite and all meetings will be held virtually. The <br />City will be responsible for setting up the space for the Interns who will be participating and providing a <br />staff member to oversee the program, and assist as needed. <br />
