1. <br />I+4 <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION APPLICATION NO. 2001-01, <br />HISTORIC REGISTER CATEGORIZATION NO. 2001-01, AND PROPERTY <br />PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2001-01 <br />Filed by Mr. Gary and Mrs. Loretta Graham to place and categorize a structure <br />(Spencer House) as Key on the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties; and <br />to enter into an agreement with the City of Santa Ana for property located at <br />2351 North Park Boulevard. <br />PUBLISHED IN THE REGISTER: February 18, 2001 <br />PUBLICLY NOTICED: February 16, 2001 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application <br />No. 2001-01. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Register Categorization No. 2001- <br />01. <br />3. Recommend that the City Council direct the City Attorney to prepare and <br />authorize the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council to execute a Historic <br />Preservation Agreement with Mr. Gary L. Graham and Ms. Loretta J. <br />Graham for the structure located at 2351 North Park Boulevard. <br />Irma Hernandez, Assistant Planner I, presented the staff report and <br />recommendation. <br />Madam Chair Kings opened the public hearing at 4:48 p.m. <br />No written communications were received and there were no speakers on the <br />matter. <br />Madam Chair Kings closed the public hearing at 4:49 p.m. <br />Motion to 1) adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission <br />Application No. 2001-01; 2) adopt a resolution approving Historic Register <br />Categorization No. 2001-01; and 3) recommend that the City Council direct <br />the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br />Council to execute a Historic Preservation Agreement with Mr. Gary L. <br />Graham and Ms. Loretta J.
