Carvalho <br />Jennifer L. Hall <br />ROLL CALL <br />MINUTES: City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall conducted roll call. All members of the City Council <br />were present. <br />Councilmembers Bacerra, Hernandez, Penaloza, and Vazquez, Mayor Pro Tem Lopez <br />(arrived at 6:37 P.M.), and Mayor Amezcua were present in-person.
