REFERENCE PROJECTS <br />SANTA ANA, CA [COUNTY OF ORANGE] <br />This Public -Private Partnership (P3) delivered the first major building construction on <br />the County's campus in more than 50 years. The first in a multiple building, multi- <br />year Civic Center Facilities Strategic Plan, the new County Administration South <br />features a first floor "One Stop" public counter to provide efficient public access to <br />services of multiple agencies. In addition, the facility provides approximately 250,000 <br />gross square feet of new office space, an Event and Conference Center and two levels <br />of below grade secured employee parking at a cost of more than $160 million. Phase <br />2 of this plan is estimated at $180 million. <br />Silsby Role; Tasked with negotiation of the development agreement and project <br />oversight.
