Carvalho <br />CITY CLERK <br />Jennifer L. Hall <br />Pursuant to Section S ("Extension Periods") of the above -referenced Lease Agreement, entered into by <br />RailWorks Track Services. Inc., and the City of Santa Ana, dated February 1.2022. the time period of the <br />Lease Agreement is hereby extended for up to three (3) additional one -month periods, from August I, 2023 <br />through October 31, 2023, RailWorks has three (3) months remaining in its extension option. The parties <br />agree that either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice <br />to the other party. Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this <br />extension.
