HISTORIC RAIN, YET DROUGHT REMAINS <br />WATER RECLAMATION <br />Wastewater has become _ <br />an important source of <br />water for California. <br />Wastewater is processed <br />at a water reclamation <br />facility to remove solids <br />and impurities, increasing <br />the quality of water. Diemer Treatment Plant (Diermer) is located in <br />Yorba Linda. The plant's hilltop location is well suited for <br />gravity -flow distribution of water to homes and businesses <br />throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties.
