Additionally, this <br />would be subject to review by the Historic Resources <br />Commission. <br />TASK 4: Bid Support <br />Consultant shall provide support to the City during the <br />Bidding phase by assisting with questions, requests <br />for information/clarification, or conflicts arising out of <br />the bidding process. Consultant shall also attend pre - <br />proposal meeting. <br />TASK 5: Bid Advertisement, Construction Administration, <br />Record Drawings: <br />• Bid Advertisement: Consultant shall provide <br />support to the City during the Bidding phase by <br />assisting with questions, requests for information/ <br />clarification, or conflicts arising out of the bidding <br />process.
