Earth Mechanics, Inc. <br />Raj will be the single point of contact for all communication between the City and EMI. All <br />decision -making authority on this contract will reside with Raj, thereby reducing unnecessary <br />delays due to "red tape" of organizational hierarchy. At the request of the City, Raj will attend in - <br />person office and field meetings, and virtual conferences to coordinate services and resolve <br />issues. <br />Team Organization <br />Raj has hand-picked a team of qualified engineers, geologists, and technicians to deliver a <br />variety of task orders.
