Mr. Waller's 22 years of experience has comprised <br />management and leadership of geotechnical and <br />construction projects throughout southern California. <br />When project/task orders are issued by the City of <br />Santa Ana under Kleinfelder's current on -call contract for <br />materials testing and inspection services required geotechnical <br />services, Mr. Waller was assigned as the principal geotechnical <br />engineer. He specializes in geotechnical investigations, geotechnical <br />analysis, and evaluation of hydraulic conductivity associated with <br />groundwater infiltration projects.
