field <br />Contract <br />Firm and Team <br />Experience <br />Firm Profile <br />Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants, <br />a California Corporation, was established in 1986 to provide consulting <br />services in geotechnical engineering, construction inspection and testing, <br />engineering geology, hydrogeology, hazardous waste remediation and <br />environmental assessment. Since our inception, we have steadily grown <br />to over 550 professionals in 15 offices throughout the southwestern <br />United States. <br />Ninyo & Moore has the equipment and trained personnel to perform the <br />required geotechnical and materials laboratory testing services in-house, <br />in one of our three fully -equipped, certified geotechnical and construction <br />materials laboratory facilities in southern California. Our laboratories <br />are supervised by registered engineers and are certified by the City of <br />Los Angeles, Caltrans, California Division of the State Architect (DSA), <br />American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials <br />(AASHTO), Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratories (CCRL), the <br />U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and other regulatory agencies. As part of <br />our laboratory accreditation, we have written quality control procedures <br />for laboratory testing, which includes training and certification of both our <br />laboratory personnel and testing equipment. Laboratory testing for task <br />orders issued under the proposed on -call contract will be performed in <br />our local Irvine (Orange County) laboratory. <br />For over 30 years, Ninyo & Moore has become a specialist in providing <br />on -call services for public agencies. We have developed a management <br />approach that enables us to provide our clients with responsive, efficient, <br />and cost effective services utilizing master agreement/on-call con -tracts <br />with specific task order work assignment authorizations. The success of <br />our approach is demonstrated through our long list of successful public <br />agency on -call services contracts and the continued renewal of these <br />contracts.
