(Exhibit 1). The Park <br />Services Division has recently worked with Little Diversified Architectural on another <br />community center building and endorses the recommendation, as the experience has <br />been very favorable. Little's team is experienced, creative, and very responsive. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The following table summarizes the funds budgeted and available for expenditure to <br />award the agreement. Funding is available in the FY 2023-24 budget.
