Hall <br />Pursuant to Section 5 ("Extension Periods") of the above -referenced Lease Agreement, entered into by <br />RailWorks Track Services, Inc., and the City of Santa Ana, dated February 1, 2022, the time period of the <br />Lease Agreement is hereby extended for up to three (3) additional one -month periods, from October 3 1, <br />2023 through January 31, 2024, The parties agree and understand that all extensions available under the <br />terms of the Agreement are exercised by operation of this 31 and Final Extension of the Agreement. Either <br />party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the other <br />party. Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
