Hello <br />My name is Candi Sciolaro Koonce. I live at <br /> <br />Santa Ana CA 92705 <br />I am writing because I oppose the doubling of our bimonthly city bill. <br />There are a lot of people on fixed incomes and having a bill double is <br />Just not fair. I can see a dollar or two but to double is another story. Our bill <br />is already very high. I am hoping you might see another way to fix the <br />problem.
